“If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden.”
― Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden
A couple of years ago I photographed a series of pictures I took while crouched, or sometimes completely horizontal, on the ground in my yard. A lot of those pictures were of weeds – close up macros of weeds – that turned out to be beautiful. Some of these weeds had tiny, minuscule flowers, that while reviewing the photos later, revealed stamens and pollen.
Even weeds can be beautiful.
It’s all about the way you look at things. My yard is full of treasures if you look close enough! And the world is my yard.
What Is It?!?
Can you tell what this is? Take a guess!
What Was That?!? Yesterday’s Picture
Yesterday’s picture was inspired by one of our trees whose bark peels away from the tree. Here’s another shot not so close in as the other photo.
