Day 194 – Develop a Picture

Reality leaves a lot to the imagination. – John Lennon

I’ve noticed that sometimes my mystery pictures seem to take on a color theme, just like the last few days. It’s not intentional, but I think it’s interesting. While today’s mystery “what is it?!?” picture might look black and white, it’s not.

What Is It?!?

What Was That?!? Yesterday’s Picture (Day 193)

Yesterday I gave a hint about the mystery subject: you don’t see it very often these days. Is it a dot-matrix printer? Or a typewriter? Not a dot-matrix printer or typewriter. How about a cassette player like a Walkman? Not that either. Printing calculator? Not that. A Filofax? Not a Filofax. So what was it?

What you saw was part of a film cartridge. Remember those days when we actually had to load film in our cameras? I found this film in a drawer the other day, wondering what hidden treasures are contained?
