The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place: from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider’s web. – Pablo Picasso
I can really “relate” to this quote, it’s these types of things that truly capture my attention, my own perspective. Need I find inspiration? I look up to the sky, eye level with the trees, crouched to study the spiders weaved into my garden, a bug eye’s view of the life at ground level. I need not look far.
Today’s mystery “what is it?!?” picture is now ready for your guessing pleasure. Can you tell? Do you know?
What Is It?!?
What Was That?!? Yesterday’s Picture (Day 259)
Looks like the detail on a silver tray. Not detail on a silver tray. Zipper? Not a zipper either. Scissors? The kind that cut triangle edges??? Not scissors. A dymo machine? Not that either. Cookie cutter? Not a cookie cutter. So what was it?
What you saw was a crystal vase, zoomed in close to the detail held within. I loved this abstract feel, it took on another dimension when photographed as a macro picture.
