The happiness of life is made up of minute fractions – the little, soon forgotten charities of a kiss or a smile, a kind look or heartfelt compliment. – Samuel Taylor Coleridge
When I began this blog 277 days ago, I never anticipated the strong sense of community that is a result of sharing my work. I’ve made so many friends all over the world, so many connections! I have had some very nice compliments, and these just make my soul sing, so thank you! How gratifying and satisfying. 😀
Now for today’s mystery “what is it?!?” picture, which is ready for your guessing pleasure. Can you tell? Do you know?
What Is It?!?
What Was That?!? Yesterday’s Picture (Day 276)
First, I want to thank you for all of the happy anniversary wishes! Y’all are so, so nice! Cee guessed the “mystery” subject right away: “Maybe a leaf for today?” Jude also figured it out, “Looks like a decaying leaf to me …” Indeed, what you saw was a leaf, or rather the skeleton of a leaf. The intricate pattern in such a small scale is phenomenal. Don’t you just love Mother Nature?
hhhhmmm, my first thought was a pomegranate…
