Day 312/365 – Starstruck

No sight that human eyes can look upon is more provocative of awe than is the night sky scattered thick with stars. – Llewelyn Powys

Well, we were going to stargaze tonight, even hook up the camera to the telescope, but hubby discovered that Mother Nature changed her mind about the clear skies overhead, and now they’re hazy. Alas, I have a mini-adventure this weekend (yay!) and need to pack a bag, so here’s today’s mystery “what is it?!?” picture, ready for your guessing pleasure. Can you tell? Do you know?

What Is It?!?

What Was That?!? Yesterday’s Picture (Day 311)

Amanda asked, “Could it be a tractor tyre?” Not one of those. Jude guessed, “a decorative pot?” Not a decorative pot. Pat pondered, “some kind of plant, like anthurium?” Not a plant. Heather’s perspective, “a coin or medal? looks like it is made from metal of some kind…” But not a coin, medal, or metal either. So what was it?

What you saw was part of a Pterodactyl dinosaur wing on a rubber stamp. Roar! 😀

      1. I didn’t think so, I don’t remember them being reflective! It’s a very intriguing photo for sure!
