Day 346/365 – Castles Fall Into the Sea

Even Castles made of sand, fall into the sea, eventually. – Jimi Hendrix

You would think that by this stage of my lil’ project, I’d know exactly what to post each day, but the closer we get to the finish line, the more difficult it is for me to come up with what I deem “worthy” subjects. Tonight was one of those nights, where I stared at the objects surrounding me, seeing absolutely nothing. So I left the area (mainly out of frustration), and finally discovered today’s mystery subject. Only 19 more mystery subjects to discover! (Well, at least for this particular project … I think “What Is It?!?” is embroiled in my soul now.) 😉

Today’s mystery “what is it?!?” picture is now ready for your guessing pleasure.  Can you tell? Do you know?

What Is It?!?

What Was That?!? Yesterday’s Picture (Day 345)

Brenda asked, “Is it part of a toy?” Not part of a toy. Peter said, “I’m guessing it’s a filter like on a motor of an Air drier” Not the filter on a motor of an air drier. C-Through The Lens guessed, “Hair curler.” Not a hair curler. So what was it?

What you saw was the back of a power drill.

P.S. Technically, I should have awarded Brenda with a winning guess, as this really is a big boy’s toy, isn’t it? I mean, aren’t all power tools really big boy’s toys?
