His photos are awesome and that is not a word I usually use. He also provides info on how to take the photo which is well worth looking at if you have time.

My guess, Schelley, is that it might be a kind of Rumex:

There are various species in the United States, including some widespread invasives from Europe.

I don’t even know what the stuff growing in MY garden is 🙂 There are no good books on wildflowers (or weeds). You might ask a neighbor. Sometimes local people know.

We are so alike! I just know what’s pretty, and that’s why I rarely weed. Too many photo opportunities wasted. LOL 😀
